We at Blink / Steady stand behind our products. If you have any problem at all we will make all attempts to fix it, replace it, or refund your money.

Ordered the wrong size?

No problem, send it back to us (as long as it isn't damaged) and we'll swap it out for a new one right away.

Circuit-board problems?

About 1% of our early circuit-boards have some software bugs that we have sinced worked out. If you discover one, we'll replace it right away. Just give us a call and we'll ship you a new one.
